Abstract: The prime leader function is to direct the employees toward their daily assignment particularly to get the performance wish for. The research within “Influence of Motivation And Staff Managerial Activities on The Performance Leader Staff Office Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Sampang”. Subsequent to analysis as untied in the discourse section, can be fetched the conlude. The basically, motivation and leader manajerial activity that established such admittance, duty, rensponsibility, chance to advance, emotion intelligence, social intelligence, and learn ability in the circle. The Office of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum as observed by calculatinh result is good. To based on infencial statistic analysis result, in fact, all variables: admitance (X1), job itself (X2), responsibility (X3), chance to advance (X4), emotion intelligence (X5), social intelligence (X6), and learning ability (X7); either along with or parcial have a significan effect toward employee performance in the Office of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Sampang, either by empiric or teoritic said that the variable of admitance (X1), job itself(X2), responsibility (X3), chance to advance (X4), emotional intelligence (X5), social intelligence (X6), and learning ability (X7) to become factor that can improve the employee performance. Even though in the research, existed the other variable outside the research such work circle, insentive, and partner.

Analisis Model Pengaruh Dimensi Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Centralindo Medika

Abstract: This research is aims to identifiying effect of job satisfaction to employee performance PT. Centralindo Medica. The factor of Job satisfaction are incentive, job environment, job position, promotion and work safety. The object in the research are PT. Centralindo Medica employee, this sampling to take with stratified proportional random sampling so get 41 person sample. The data is collected by questioner with likert ‘scala 1-5 measurement. Score 1 very unsatisfaction and score 5 very satisfaction. To examine hypotesis and to answer a question research to use linier regression analysis with SPSS (statistical Program for Social Sciences). F test for examine impact job satisfaction to performance. It generates the result of F test value of 186,37 with the significance level of 0,000 meaning that simultaneously performance significantly affect job satisfaction in PT Centralindo Medica. Furthermore, based on t test analysis, it is generated that the value for incentives is 4,321with the significance level of 0.001, the value of job environment is 2,817 and while the value of t test for work safety is 4,710 with the level of significance of 0.003 meaning that partially job satisfacton significantly affects worker performance. Based on data analysis, it is found out that Job Satisfaction contribute 97% to performance reflected in coeficient of determination value of 0.97 while the rest of 3% is contributed by other variables excluded in the research.

Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Dan Upaya Relasional Terhadap Outcome Relasional Pelanggan Ritel Skala Besar

Abstract: This research was tried to elaborate how the service quality and relationship effort have influence to relationship outcomes. The sample research was customers in membership retail format of hypermarket and warehouse store which run relationship effort such as Carrefour, Makro, Alfa, Indogrosir, Hypermart in Jakarta and Surabaya. There were three analyzed construct: service quality variable, relationship effort variable, relationship outcomes variable. All analysing comes from retail customers’ perception. The results of data analysis showed that nine hypotheses in the research were acceptable. All goodness of fit criteria employed to evaluate a model result good value: Chi Square 127,008, Significance Probality 0,5419, RMSEA 0,013, GFI 0,993, AGFI 0,909, CMIN/DF 1,008, TLI 0,952, CFI 0,950. Therefore, model is acceptable because there is congruence between model and data. The formulative, conclusive, and explanative finding of the research maybe used as suggestion for retailers of researches in retail marketing to: (1) make decision in decision-making process to settle on marketing strategy spesifically in running relationship effort. (2) give attention to service quality assurance to meet costumers’ shopping satisfication in form of network quality, environtment quality, and retailers policy dimension. (3) improve achievement of relationship outcomes that eventually leads to implementing costumers’ retention and retailers. (4) improve retailers attention on costumers tendency to move their bussines from one retailer to another retailer. It is related to evaluation on how far the succes of relationship effort and costumers’ perception toward service quality provided by retailers. (5) for futher research, it is expected that this research is a able to contribute in finding the foundation of new conceptual framework model by combining, modyfing, and expanding contructs in this research in order to give meaningful contribution to relationship marketing and service quality concepts in retail management and marketing managemet in general.

Analisis Perekonomian Masyarakat Akibat Semburan Lumpur Panas ”Lapindo” Sidoarjo

Abstract: Hot Blast Mud in Sidoarjo bring remarkable impact to around society and also to economics activity of East Java. According to Indonesia Bank note (economic BI) Growth of East Java is not true many annoyed this hot mud disaster of Java Post edition (30/05/08) but, how with economics of society around in Sidoarjo. For that, require to be conducted by study how picture of is condition of economics of hit by society is indirect impact of hot mud blast in Sidoarjo. Target of this study: (1) discription is of economics condition in Sub-Province Pasuruan society effect of existence of hot mud blast ” Lapindo” Sidoarjo; (2) Formulating priority issue faced by society; ( 3) Formulating constraints faced in handling affect economics. By using approach qualitative, this study yield information: namely counted 156 responder or around 78% expressing hot mud disaster in Sidoarjo result drop small industry it and micro like booth, haberdasherry shop, home industry also experience of similar constraint. Many perpetrator of is effort informal sector complain because natural earnings very drastic degradation after the happening of hot mud disaster in Sidoarjo. Even some of Small Industry perpetrator and Micro can’t help desist because, insufficient earnings to close its operating expenses. 184 responder or around 92% expressing hot mud blast in Sidoarjo result time delivery of goods become longerly. To return again corporate world ( what have time to be drawn effect of hot mud impact) and create opportunity an activity, recommended by strategy ” model doubled nucleus;core development”, namely create new nuclei outside industrial area region which have in Pasuruan during the time.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was explore the existence of organizational commitment and motivation of teachers STS in Surabaya. The result of this research that there is a positive influence and there is significant from organizational commitment and motivation to job performance of the teacher STS in Surabaya. Organizational commitment from a teacher is needed for doing the profession in accordance with their competence, besides the work motivation is also needed in oder to get a good job performance. The main part for the teacher make a good student both in quantity and quality.

Abstract: The aims of this research in Batu City Is to analyze the effect of Investment opportunity set and investment policy,, Financial Policy and Financial Performance. By using monthly financial report for the last three years and the result analyze using parsial least square (PLS) are: 1. Investment opportunity set have positive significant effect to Financial Policy, 2. Investment policy have negative significant effect to Financial Policy,3. Financial Policy have positive significant effect to Financial Performance. The analyze also prove that Investment opportunity set have bigger effect to the Financial Policy than investment policy.

Pengaruh Service Retail Marketing Mix Terhadap Kepuasan Belanja Tourism Shopper Di Plaza-Plaza Surabaya

Abstract: This study is accomplished to reveal the tourism shopper satisfaction in Royal Plaza Surabaya which used service retail marketing mix tools. Royal Plaza Surabaya as a shopping centre or mall used service retail marketing mix to dedicated for tourism shopper satisfaction. The elements of service retail marketing mix also influence the satisfaction of tourism shopper in Plaza-Plaza Surabaya. The analysis technique used multiple regression description to know the effect of service retail marketing mix to tourism shopper satisfaction in Plaza-Plaza Surabaya, and to know which variable are dominant in service retail marketing mix. The result of research showed that the tourism shopper are positive about service retail marketing mix but is not for all of the evaluation of the tourism shopper to service retail marketing mix are had positive value.

Profil Green Consumers Indonesia: Identifikasi Segmen dan Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Pembelian Green Products

Abstract: The 200 billion dollars industry of green product in the year 2006 was not evident enough to explain the inconsistency of green consumers in their environmentally friendly products consumptions. This research aimed to identify the green purchasers segment and evaluating any consumers variables and other factors that most discriminate the green segment from those who were not. Using the two-group discriminant analysis and a crosstab analysis in profiling them, researcher found that male tends to be more an environmentalist than females. Surprisingly, individualism is the values that shaped green purchasers actual consumptions, which ignored the previous studies indicating that profile of green purchasers in developed countries is seldom constructed from more collectivism profiles. Results also indicated that religious motifs direct this segment to consume more environmentally friendly products. This research is merely directed on undergraduate students of Universitas Kristen Petra, in supporting the university‟s „green campus‟ campaign.

Pengaruh Perilaku Kewirausahaan dan Peran Pemerintah Terhadap Kinerja UMK Agribisnis Di Provinsi Papua

Abstrak: Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan, terhadap kinerja usaha dalam hubungan dengan pengembangan usaha agribisnis baik asli Papua maupun non Papua, yang bergerak pada pelbagai sektor usaha agribisnis, mengkaji peran pemerintah, khususnya pada peningkatan volume penjualan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 250 responden, dengan unit analisis para pelaku bisnis baik etnis asli Papua dan non Papua pada sektor agribisnis. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), di mana metode ini melihat hubungan antar variabel, melalui indikator yang membentuk model tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pertama, Bahwa budaya etnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMK; kedua, Peran pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan; ketiga, Perilaku kewirausahaan memoderasi pengaruh Budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMK agribisnis; keempat, Perilaku kewirausahaan memoderasi peran pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMK agribisnis; kelima, Secara umum semua variabel-variabel dan indikator mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja UMK agribisnis menunjukkan hasil signifikan dan valid, terhadap kinerja UMK agribisnis Y (peningkatan volume penjualan usaha).
