Model Kepuasan Pelanggan Sebagai Moderating Variabel Guna Meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Maskapai Penerbangan

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, harga dan image terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penumpang tujuan Surabaya-Denpasar. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive acidental random sampling, yaitu penumpang yang ditemui pada saat penelitian dan mereka sudah pernah naik pesawat minimal 2 kali dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada para responden, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan  AMOS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, harga dan image secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Demikian pula secara tidak langsung kualitas layanan, harga dan image berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Disamping itu berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract: The performance of every industry always related to business environment. Business environmental consist of external and internal environment. Based on this fact, purpose of this research is to analyze the influences of external environment factors (buyers, suppliers, technology and government) and internal environment factors (marketing, finance and production) to the performance of small business of batik in Bangkalan. The population of this research was the small business’s manager or owner in Kecamatan Tanjung Buli Kabupaten Bangkalan. The sample was 42 batik’s manager or owner, taken in 3 villages.  The result of this research was : buyers, suppliers, technology, marketing and production had the significant influences to the small business’s performance; and marketing had the biggest influence to the small business’s performance

Abstract: All investor that will invest in capital market shall own the investment planning which effective started from existence of attention to balance of risk and result to be obtained. One of way of to see the risk in obligation attend to obligation grade of the company which have been publicized by institute which giving the grade of national share like PT. PEFINDO.This research aim to analyze the Profitability, Liquidity And Size Company influence as well as analyzing the difference of the Obligation time (Maturity) to predict obligation grade in the future at manufacturing business enlisted in BEI. Data used is secondary data by using sample as much 11 manufacturing business which enlist in BEI in period 2002 – 2006. To fulfill research target, hypothesis tested with the analysis of regression Logistics. From wald test that from fourth of the independent variable, only one variable which significant with significant value 0,05 that is Liquidity. While other independent variable do not significant.

Abstract: It is important for companies to develop employee motivation in work because with motivation will make employees want to work hard so they can  gives the best result for the company. Motivation can be used to build employee loyalty and stability. This study has three goals, first is to know how PT. Palma Abadi Sentosa in Palangka Raya motivates its employees especially marketing employees, second is to know the loyalty of  marketing division employees, and third is to know  the influence of motivating factors  such as existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs, both simultaneously and partially to the employee loyalty. Types of research used in this study is descriptive and explanatory. Population and sample in this study is 105 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed  that PT. Palma Abadi Sentosa in Palangka Raya motivates its marketing employees  with the fulfillment of the needs for existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs. The marketing employees have loyalty to the company. Based on the results proving the hypothesis known that there is influence between motivating factors both simultaneously and partially to employee loyalty.

Abstract: This research aims to construct the econometric model the performance of global and domestic rice market. Performance of domestic rice market constructed by doing a prediction function of demand, supply and price, and its response to variable competitors commodity-economic variables, substitution and complementary. Global rice market was built through econometric modeling of the world market by enter 5 exporters and importers of world rice. Analysis of parameter estimation and historical simulation performed using the SAS program package version 8.2. The research uses data Time Series with a span of time between the years 1979 to 2008. Result analysis of the performance data through econometric models of domestic and global rice market to obtain some conclusions: (1) Indonesia’s rice economy is affected by changes in world rice prices, (2) 5% increase in imports of rice on the world’s biggest importer of State in this case Mexico increased the price domestically by 0689% and reduce rice imports in Indonesia amounted to 0158%, and (3) 5% increase in exports of major exporters of rice in the State of the world in this regard India influential lower domestic rice price by 0009% and increase imports of rice in Indonesia amounted to 1453%.

Abstract: The study, titled “An Analysis of Marketing Mix-7P (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Partisipant, Process and Physical Evidence) The Beauty Clinic Products Buying Decision Teta in Surabaya” was designed to determine the effect of P-7 marketing mix of consumer decisions in Beauty Clinic Teta shop in Surabaya with testing hypotheses simultaneously (simultaneously) and partial (separate). This study takes an object of research on consumers / customers of Teta Beauty Clinic in Surabaya with a sample of 115 respondents with data collection through questionnaire instrument. The findings of this research is expected to be a platform for companies to increase product quality and quality of services provided to its customers.

Abstract: A research has been conducted to determine the influence of lectures ability in the class, students extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, and study environment toward the study enthusiasm of student in General Courses Department of Petra Christian University Surabaya. The method for analysis used is multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this research shows that the factors of ability in the class, students extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, and study environment has significant effect simultaneously toward the study enthusiasm of student in General Courses Department of Petra Christian University Surabaya on odd semester 2006/2007. The result does also prove that the factors of ability in the class, students extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, and study environment has significant effect partially toward the study enthusiasm of student in General Courses Department of Petra Christian University Surabaya. The dominant factor toward the study enthusiasm of student in General Courses Department of Petra Christian University Surabaya is students extrinsic motivation.
